Dr. Shweta Dani is Assistant Professor in General Management, School of Commerce with more than 12 years of teaching experience at postgraduate and undergraduate levels. She has completed her Ph.D. on "Impact of Managerial Optimism and Age on Effectiveness of Executives in Public and Private Sector Banks” from Shri Vaishnav Vidyapeeth Vishwavidyalaya, Indore. She has published research papers in ABDC and UGC Care Journals. She has more than 20 publications to her credit which include research papers, case studies, book reviews and articles. She is life time member of National HRD Network. She has attended and presented paper in various National and International Conferences including IIM Indore. She has also attended Seminars, Research Methodology Workshops, Case Writing Workshops and Faculty Development Programmes.
