Dr. Pingle has been engaged in industry, teaching and research from eighteen years. He was awarded NET in Management by UGC in 2005 and NET in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations in 2012. Bloomberg-UTV and Stars of the Industry Group honour Dr. Pingle with ‘Best Teacher in Human Resources Management’ during B-School Excellence Awards 2012 at Mumbai. He has presented research papers in national and international seminars. He has won Best Paper award in International Conference. His work as social project guide was recognized by SIFE in 2010.Cases written by him are registered with European Case Clearing House. He has participated in many workshops and faculty development programmes. Prof. Pingle has conducted sessions in In-house Management Development Programmes as well as for business houses. He has been a visiting faculty for Human Resource Management in premier institutes like Indian Institute of Management, Nagpur, Ahmedabad Management Association and Indian Institute of Technology (Gandhinagar). He is life member of Academy of HRD, MTC Global, Indian Commerce Association and Indian Society for Training and Development (ISTD), .His areas of interest are Performance Management, Recruitment and Selection, HR Practices in MSMEs , Expatriate Management and Management Education.
