INDUSTRY VISIT @ NMIMS-Indore

To provide regular interaction to students about how a business works and what exactly happens on the floor, NMIMS-Indore put lot of emphasis on organizing purpose specific visits for students. The students are briefed about what to be observed and analyzed during the visit and think creatively to find an efficient way to perform the operation. This inculcates the inquisitiveness and ability to think out of the box.

Visit to Raja Ramanna Centre for Advanced Technology (RRCAT) Indore

First year students of MBA-Tech program STME, NMIMS-Indore visited the campus of Raja Ramnna Centre for Advanced Technology (RRCAT), a unit of Department of Atomic Energy, Govt. of India in February 2018. The purpose of this visit was to provide students the first hand information about latest developments taking place in the field of science and technology. Students had the opportunity to learn about different instruments such as Indus-2 particle accelerator, CO2 LASER, Nd-LASER, Uranium analyzer etc. during the visit.

Visit to Mahindra Two Wheelers manufacturing unit, Pithampur

First year students of MBA-Tech program STME, NMIMS-Indore Campus visited the state-of-the-art manufacturing unit of Mahindra Two Wheelers on 16th February, 2018. The purpose of this trip was to make students aware of functional know-how of an automobile company. Students visited different operational facilities such as paint shop, assembly line, engine assembly line etc. and learnt about each facility in minute details.

Visit to Empower Integrated Solutions (P) Ltd., Indore

The MBA Tech. (2017-22) batch underwent an Industrial Visit at Empower Integrated Solutions (P) Ltd., Indore to celebrate the Engineers Day on 15th September 2017. The major objective of this program was to facilitate an industrial visit for our students of First Year to an industry where they may get exposure of current practices in engineering. The batch gained sufficient knowledge about the industry expectations from academics and ever changing demands of today’s business & technology.
